Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sceneo (“the Platform”), operated by Sceneo (“we”, “us”, “our”), based in Turkey, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sceneo.

2. Service Description

Sceneo is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that uses artificial intelligence to generate product marketing visuals and video content. Our services include but are not limited to:

• AI-powered product photography generation from a single product image
• AI UGC (user-generated content) video ad creation with AI avatars and voiceovers
• Surgical image editing using natural language instructions
• Multi-platform asset optimization (Amazon, Shopify, Meta, TikTok)
• Multi-language video generation supporting 50+ languages

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice to active subscribers.

3. Account Registration

To use Sceneo, you must create an account using Google OAuth authentication. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You will not share your account credentials with third parties

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

4. Subscription Plans & Pricing

Sceneo operates on a monthly subscription model with three tiers:

• Starter — $69/month (550 credits)
• Growth — $99/month (1,200 credits)
• Pro — $139/month (2,500 credits)

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Prices may be updated with at least 30 days' notice to existing subscribers. Payment processing is handled securely through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized merchant of record.

5. Credit System

Each subscription plan includes a monthly credit allocation. Credits are consumed as follows:

• Image Generation: 50 credits per set of 4 images
• Video (Fast): 40–100 credits depending on duration (16s–40s)
• Video (Quality): 150–375 credits depending on duration (16s–40s)
• Surgical Edit: 15 credits per edit operation

Credits are renewed on each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing period. Credits are non-transferable between accounts. Once consumed, credits are non-refundable.

6. Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account dashboard with a single click. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• Unused credits remain available until the billing period ends
• No further charges will be applied after cancellation

As a digital product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees or consumed credits. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period. There are no contracts, setup fees, or hidden charges.

7. Content Ownership & Commercial License

You retain full ownership of all product images and materials you upload to Sceneo. For content generated through the Platform:

• All paid subscribers receive a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free commercial license to use generated content
• You may use generated content for advertising, marketing, product listings, social media, and any other commercial purpose
• Generated content may be used on any platform including Amazon, Shopify, Meta, TikTok, Google, and others
• We do not claim ownership of any content generated for you through the Platform

8. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Sceneo to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or discriminatory content
• Create content that infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Produce deceptive or misleading marketing materials
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models
• Use automated scripts or bots to access the Platform outside normal usage
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Platform

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

The Sceneo platform, including its design, code, AI models, algorithms, branding, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Sceneo. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any part of the Platform without our written consent.

10. Third-Party Services

Sceneo integrates with third-party services to deliver its functionality. These include:

• Google (Veo 3.1): AI video generation engine
• Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing and subscription management
• Google OAuth: Account authentication
• Supabase: Data storage and infrastructure

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Service Availability & Warranty Disclaimer

Sceneo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. AI-generated content may vary in quality and accuracy. We make reasonable efforts to maintain platform uptime but are not liable for temporary service disruptions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sceneo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Sceneo in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Sceneo at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any content you generated prior to termination remains yours under the commercial license granted above.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through the competent courts of Turkey. Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of significant changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The latest version is always available at this page.
